Terms of use and purchase

4 interactive books with 26 chapters in all (FRONTEND, BACKEND, DATABASE, WEBSITE ONLINE), in English and Thai, read in a web browser, with labs that are learning simulations. The first chapter of every book (4 chapters) is free; the other 22 chapters open once your account has access.

• All 4 books for US$14 in the United States, Malaysia and the Philippines, or 399 Thai baht in Thailand — one payment, no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price follows the country you are connecting from, and is shown before you pay.
• The set is not on sale in other countries yet. You can still read the free chapters from anywhere.
• The seller is not registered for VAT. The price shown is the price you pay: no VAT or sales tax is added, and no tax invoice is issued.
• You pay through Stripe, with the methods its checkout page shows (such as card). You need to sign in with Google first, so the access is tied to your account. Your bank may add its own currency-conversion fees.
• Accepting ad-measurement cookies is not a condition of buying. If you accepted, we report the purchase confirmed by Stripe to Meta as described in section 3 of the privacy policy.

• What you buy is online reading access on this website, tied to the Google account you bought with, on every device where you sign in with that account. There are no files to download.
• Access opens automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
• If you have paid but have no access yet, open My account so the system checks with Stripe again, or contact us.
• Access lasts for as long as the website operates. We may improve the content to keep it accurate and easier to read.

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment by emailing tondigitalonline@gmail.com from the email address of the account that bought.
• The money goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, and that account’s reading access is revoked automatically.
• If you were charged twice, or paid but did not get access and we cannot fix it, we refund you even after that period.
• Opening a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank revokes access automatically.

This policy does not remove or limit your rights under consumer protection law.

Your access is for you alone, for your own learning. Do not share your account, or copy, publish or sell the full content, and do not try to access the system without permission. If these terms are broken, we may suspend access as the case reasonably requires. The content and design are our copyright.

The content is for education. The website may be unavailable from time to time. These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, and are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If these terms change, we will update the effective date at the top, and changes never reduce what a purchase already made includes.
